Upon completing the survey, you’ll be invited to submit your contact information to be entered in a raffle for a $20 gift certificate. The survey is an anonymous survey that shouldn’t take more than 10-15 minutes to complete. To better understand the types of men who would be interested in male contraception, we are distributing a short survey from the Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California about men’s views on gender roles and their use of healthcare services.
